Luca Bolognesi

Luca carries out tax and corporate consultancy activities for companies and national and international groups, also with reference to extraordinary corporate operations (mergers, demergers, acquisitions of companies or business branches, sales of companies), company and business valuations (appraisal reports), international tax planning and generational handover of companies and family assets.

He assists clients on Italian, EU and non-EU VAT issues.

Luca has gained significant experience in consulting and assistance to foreign investors for the establishment in Italy of representative offices, branches and subsidiaries.

He provides tax and corporate consultancy to innovative start-ups and SMEs and is a member of the Club degli Investitori, one of the main business angel networks in Italy.

He also deals with tax due diligence and tax consultancy to IAS/IFRS adopters, also with reference to the tax issues of the First Time Adoption (FTA).

Luca has developed specific skills in administrative, tax and accounting consultancy for non-profit entities and social enterprises.

He also provides assistance during tax audits, as well as in the pre-litigation phase and in the subsequent tax litigation phase.

He holds positions of Director and Statutory Auditor of companies.

Luca was a member for two terms of the Board of Directors of the Union of Young Chartered Accountants of Turin and is a speaker on the subject of VAT at the Training School for Trainee Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin.
