Luca Fioratti

Luca is specialized in providing advising on domestic corporate and tax issues, mainly related to the implementation of extraordinary transactions and the restructuring of debt exposure of companies and corporate groups.

He has gained significant experience in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), debt restructuring, arrangement procedures and in the definition of corporate governance models. He also assist the firm’s clients, on accounting and daily tax consultancy.

Moreover, he provides assistance to the firm’s clients in the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.

n the course of his professional activity, he has also held positions as standing member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in companies listed on the MTA, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

He currently holds the same position in national and multinational industrial companies, also belonging to banking groups.
