Luca Rigotti

Luca has consolidated experience as a member of the ODV, Management and Control Model – Legislative Decree n. 231/01. He has gained extensive experience in drafting Management and Control Frameworks and in managing GDPR issues. He also carries out training activities (top management and subordinates) for companies that have adopted a Management and Control Framework.

In addition, Luca is a liquidator in companies that deal with voluntary liquidation. He has also been appointed as Bankruptcy Trustee in several  bankruptcy proceedings.

He also gained experience in company valuations as an estimate expert for transformation operations, business branch contribution and valuation of company holdings.

Luca works as a consultant in the commercial practice and provides assistance for the incorporation of companies or for extraordinary transactions.

Luca is also involved in carrying out consultancy and tax assistance activities in case of tax audits as well as in the litigation phase.
