Lucia Zedda

Lucia has experience in  expatriate issues since 2007, and is expert on International personal income tax and social security matters for employees and people involved in international mobility projects (inbound – outbound) that move their tax residency from one country to another one. During her work activity she accrued experience in reorganization project of the companies’ Global Mobility structure. She has also accrued experience on the analysis of tax and social security implications connected to the executives’ packages, including equity-based and incentive performance-based packages, tax planning and payroll matters.

During her career Lucia has accrued a significant experience supporting private clients, high net worth individuals and sport players in relation to this last point she had the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized champions players in the world. With the focus on tax implications deriving from Italian special tax regimes provided for sport players in relation to employment income and image rights.
