Manuela Piccaluga

Manuela provides tax and corporate advice to Italian and foreign companies and groups.​​

She has experience in direct and indirect national taxation of industrial companies, large-scale retailers, holding companies, and international corporate groups, including listed ones, and international taxation (CFC – Controlled Foreign Companies and Transfer Pricing). ​​

She has experience in corporate reorganizations and extraordinary operations of national and international corporate groups.​​She is specialized in assisting companies in the field of tax benefits (R&D tax credit and patent box).​​

Manuela is coordinator of the Working Group on Corporate Income Tax of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Turin.
