Marcello Rabbia

Marcello coordinates a team of professionals dealing with national and international tax advisory and corporate advisory services to leading Italian groups and multinational companies (American, Asian and European). ​

Marcello also specializes in transaction support / deal services for industrial players and private equity funds, in the context of M&A transactions. ​

His expertise includes industries such as manufacturing, BPO, real estate, ICT, automotive and packaging.​

Marcello regularly serves as director and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in several companies, including large or supervised companies. ​

For 15 years he was the International Contact Partner for Italy of a worldwide network of independent audit, tax and consulting firms. ​

More recently, he started a working group dealing with voluntary-based non-financial reporting for Italian SMEs.​

During his training years he worked at the International Tax Department – Transfer Pricing Team of Arthur Andersen in London. ​
