Marco Sensidoni

Marco assists companies belonging to Italian and foreign groups in litigation procedures before tax courts, self-remedy and pre-litigation procedures, including settlements with tax authorities.

He has in-depth experience in advising on the domestic and international tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions (tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax clauses of contracts for the purchase and sale of companies and participations, etc.), leverage buyouts and post deal reorganizations, as he works on behalf of Italian and multinational groups from various industries in a wide range of deals.

Over the years, Marco has obtained several favorable rulings from the Italian tax authorities, contributing to solve issues on the interpretation of specific provisions of tax legislation.

He also has experience in domestic and international tax planning and in tax services to high net worth individuals.

Marco is a member of the board of statutory auditors in various companies.

Marco has lectured and conducted seminars and workshops on tax assessment and tax litigation at various institutions and at large corporations.
