Marica Ferrero

Marica is specialized in providing administrative, corporate and tax support to medium and large national and multinational corporations. She provides different services including management of corporate aspects, tax and accounting consultancy, support with reference to the tax compliance and preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements.

She has acquired experience as a tax consultant both nationally and internationally, supporting her clients also in case of extraordinary transactions and in the valuation of companies and intangible assets (through the preparation of appraisals).

Her experience ranges from international tax planning, to the management of tax issues relating to participation in multinational groups and assistance with the daily compliance.

She also assists individuals on issues relating to their personal investments and the transfer of their tax residence and is an effective member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of medium-sized corporations.
