Marilena, chartered accountant, deals mainly with tax, accounting and corporate consulting for industrial and commercial companies of all sizes.

She assists in establishing and closing the financial statements, periodic reports, tax calculations, drafting of the EEC Ordinary Financial Statements (accounting and tax profiles).

Since several years she has been involved in drafting and consulting of consolidated OIC financial statements.

She assists customers in all activities related to tax compliance. She also provides advice on national and international VAT.

Her areas of interest include national taxes, corporate and tax compliance, civil issues, VAT consulting, tax consolidation and consolidated financial statements.
