Maurizio Ferrero

Maurizio specializes in domestic and international taxation as well as corporate and business advisory.​

He advises large bodies of wealth (investment funds, HNWIs, foundations, holding companies, securitization vehicles) on financial and real estate investments, domestic and international taxation and succession tax planning.​

​He has specific expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A, including distressed ones, and in business valuation, structuring of the transactions,  and tax and financial due diligence. ​

​He advises on financial income taxation and assists national and multinational groups operating in wealth asset management and in the yachting, automotive, fashion, energy and manufacturing sectors. He also assists non-profit entities. ​

Maurizio serves as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of companies supervised by the Bank of Italy as well as belonging to international groups. He serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of listed and unlisted companies. He chaired the Board of Statutory Auditors of listed companies.

​Maurizio taught tax law at the University of Turin – School of Business Administration (1998-2008) and is the author of several articles in professional journals.
