Michele Furnari

Michele is specialized in tax and corporate consultancy,  provides assistance in favor of national companies and corporate groups, including those belonging to international groups.

He has gained significant experience in the field of civil, contractual, accounting and tax consultancy for non-profit entities, operating both nationally and internationally.

In the field of non-profit entities, he actively participated in m&a operations pursuant of art. 42-bis of the Italian Civil Code, exclusion of assets from the commercial sphere, agreements for institutional projects, social reports, project feasibility analysis.

His field of specialization also includes:

• consultancy on tax litigation and pre-litigation (both profit and non-profit)
• mergers and acquisitions, also in relation to the contractual assistance of the deal
• reorganization of companies and corporate groups, through the use of the various tools made available by the legislator
• support and supervision in tax due diligence activities, company valuations, tax opinions and rulings.
