Michele Mainetti

Michele is a lawyer and works with Andersen’s litigation department. He graduated in Law in Bologna and obtained a Master’s degree in business management at the Bologna Business School.

He then obtained his professional qualification at the Court of Appeal of Bologna and practiced in leading firms dealing with contracts, banking, and financial litigation.

Michele is also passionate about ICT, Privacy & Cybersecurity Law and attended a Master in Cybersecurity at the University of Milan in 2024.
