Michele Scola

Michele has more than 20 years’ experience in assisting companies and industrial groups in drafting commercial contracts and preparing extraordinary transactions.  He also assists companies and individuals in transactions involving the purchase and sale of corporate interests, companies and business units. Provides assistance, both in and out of court in commercial and corporate law matters.

He’s licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
