Natascia Alesiani

Natascia Alesiani is an expert in bankruptcy proceedings. She has experience in the management of receiverships and in counselling companies that ask for crisis and/or insolvency management. She acts as an insolvency administrator and court-appointed administrative receiver in bankruptcy proceedings with the Courts of Milan.

Through re-shaping businesses and improving performances and protecting assets, Natascia’s experience is aligned with client needs. Her expertise ranges from pre- to post- bankruptcy composition, distressed supplier, corporate or credit advisory, financial restructuring/formal insolvency, and legal entity rationalization.

Natascia also manages the sale of company assets and coordinates real estate auctions, enterprise sales, agreements with trade unions and debt collection activities.

She assists in all restructuring and bankruptcy alternatives available under Italian bankruptcy law for companies facing financial difficulties including: restructuring outside of a judicial process; agreements to restructure obligation; court supervised pre-bankruptcy composition with creditors; extraordinary administration for large companies; extraordinary administration for insolvent large companies; bankruptcy proceedings; and post-bankruptcy composition with creditors.
