Nicola Laurenzano

Nicola is a chartered accountant, specialized in taxpayer defense (individuals, legal entities, non-profit organizations). He coordinates a team of professionals that deals with tax litigation and, in general, the management of tax disputes.

Nicola assists taxpayers during the phases of tax audits, tax checks, tax assessments, and tax collection initiated by the Revenue Agency and Local Authorities, and he represents them in tax trials before the Tax Courts. He assists companies in Mutual Agreement Procedures for resolving international disputes, as well as in submitting requests for rulings to the Revenue Agency.

During his professional career, he has also gained solid experience in both ordinary and extraordinary tax consulting, as well as in accounting, provided to capital companies, mainly belonging to multinational groups.

Nicola is a member of the “Associazione dei Difensori Tributari” and has been a speaker at courses and conferences on tax assessments and litigation.
