Paola Finetto

Paola is a lawyer with extensive experience in the field of corporate compliance, including data protection and cyber-security law, as well as the criminal corporate liability of entities. She assists clients in developing and updating models according to It. Legal Decree No. 231/2001, in addition to data protection guidelines. ​

Paola holds the position of Data Protection Officer and Supervisory Body in various companies.​

Thanks to her experience, Paola is regularly invited to speak at conferences regarding corporate compliance. Furthermore, she collaborates with SEAC, an It. legal and tax editor, as a co-writer for the Compliance Magazine. Additionally, she assists clients in planning and providing training services in the above-mentioned matters.​

Paola provides legal consultancy and advice in the areas of corporate law, including extraordinary transactions, as well as contractual advisory. She also represents clients in civil litigation.​
