Patrizia Diacci

Patrizia is a lawyer with experience in national and international sports law and she advises and assists several stakeholders in the sports world, professional and amateur, including athletes, clubs, teams, staff, leagues, federations, event organizers and sponsoring companies in the sports world.

Patrizia assists clients in negotiation and drafting contracts, industry regulatory matters and sports litigation before the relevant national and international federations as well as before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, with particular reference to Motorsport, Football, Golf and Basketball.

She is a component of the Federal Court Fitetrec – Italian Federation of Equestrian Tourism and TREC-ANTE and Veneto Region Coordinator of the Italian Sports Lawyers Association.

She has promoted and participates as a speaker in several conferences and workshops at national and international level in the field of sports law and held lesson in sports law to students within national and international masters and specialization courses.

She is author of several publications in journals in the field of sport.
