Roberto is an expert of national tax and corporate matters. He advises and assists legal entities operating in several sectors, including the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and construction, private equity and not-for-profit sectors at national and international level.
He provides tax planning and support for M&A and MBO/LBO transactions.
Roberto also assists in tax audits and in pre-litigation settlement procedures, in addition to advocacy services in tax litigation.
He has significant experience in advising on corporate reorganization, including insolvency proceedings.
He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of companies operating in the financial, automotive, healthcare, mining, mechanical and yachting sectors.
Before becoming a Partner of Studio Palea – now Andersen Tax & Legal, from 1987 to 1994 he worked in the Turin office of the Tax Department of Arthur Andersen.
