Sabrina Caporale

Sabrina is an expert in international tax law, real estate tax issues and energy products taxation, as well as in the fiscal surveillance of products subject to excise duty. She frequently appears as a guest expert on various national TV channels.

Sabrina deals with several fiscal and corporate issues, in particular, the national fiscal consolidation, tax litigations and assistance to finance offices.

She supports clients in finding comprehensive approaches to different business situations: post

acquisition integration and restructuring, M&A, company assessments, corporate compliance, due diligence, divestment, private finance and refinancing, rationalization, and business change.

Sabrina advises on cross-border tax matters and helps companies manage the complexities of multiple tax systems and multinational regulation around the world.

She also supports companies in renovating and growing the proficiency and effectiveness of their tax and accounting functions. She helps reduce the cost of compliance and coordinates all the tax compliance activities for the subsidiaries (direct and indirect taxes, tax accounting, preparation of statutory financial statements and country by country reporting).

As an expert in tax litigation and safeguarding clients against non-compliance penalties and other exposures, Sabrina works on protection against, preparation for, and resolution of disputes with tax authorities. Sabrina also manages tax audits and examinations, dealing with financial statement disclosures and documentation.
