Sara Cancian

Sara is a lawyer and provides legal advice and assistance both to individuals and companies, offering judicial and extrajudicial consultancy with particular regard to private law.

She assists Italian and international clients in all areas of contract law, having gained experience in the field of commercial contracts (lease contracts, rental agreements, distribution and franchise agreements, rent to buy) and corporate law, with reference to shareholdings’ acquisition, companies’ incorporation and assessment and definition of the relationships between the members of the company and the corporate bodies.

Sara also offers support to businesses and companies operating in Italy with reference to business planning, including succession planning, with particular regard to the design of management of companies’ generational changeover.
