Sebastiano Dell’Arte has over 15 years of experience in the tax and corporate consulting sectors, providing individual tax advice to his clients.

His expertise includes company contracts (branch sales and leases, commercial leases, corporate contracts in general), corporate affairs, accounting, finance and tax due diligence and extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, assignments and transformations) and business valuation.

He also has consolidated experience as a member of the ODV, Management and Control Model – Legislative Decree n. 231/01.

As a corporate tax consultant for large corporate groups and SME enterprises, Sebastiano manages tax risk and compliance with complex legislation. He plans and tailors ideas to clients’ needs, and helps organizations meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their businesses.

Sebastiano is a member of various supervisory boards. He has specific experience and skill in the following industries: pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, medical technology, publishing, waste recycling.

Sebastiano is co-author of the books “Le Nuove Società” [New Companies] and “L’imposta sul reddito delle società” [Tax on Company Income], both published by Il Sole 24 Ore.
