Stefania Zanotti

Stefania provides consultancy services to companies and is specialized in general accounting and ordinary and extraordinary taxation, company law, corporate reorganizations and extraordinary operations (M&A, transformations, company valuation, liquidations). She is a member of Start Up Innovative and SME Innovative and Business Valuation and Extraordinary Corporate Finance commissions of the Order of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia.

She works on the preparation and analysis of business plans, budgets and variances, cost centers, break even analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial statements. She is an expert in regulations related to companies owned by local authorities and has relations with the public administration and foundations.

Over the years, she has acted as a director of companies, public entities and foundations.

She is the co-author of publications and holds conferences on the following topics: companies, corporate governance, tax law, contracts, Watch Structure, company crises, bankruptcy legislation and judicial administration, public companies, non-profit and voluntary work.

Her passion for budget analysis, company valuation and corporate finance, led Stefania to become part of the commission of experts set up for the order of chartered accountants in Brescia.

Stefania’s other passion for teaching has also allowed her to carry out collaborations in the past with educational institutions and with clients to instruct their administrative and accounting representatives.
