Vincenzo Soria

Vincenzo joined Andersen in Italy in 2010 after developing a substantial experience in an audit firm.

Vincenzo has significant knowledge of financial and tax due diligence and over the years he has deepened his knowledge and the rules of international auditing standards and the related operating techniques in carrying out financial due diligence activities both on the vendor and on the buyer side, on extraordinary transactions (M&A, group re-organizations).

He has vast experience in tax matters, both Italian and international, in a wide range of industries.

He is an expert in transfer pricing and assists MNEs providing benchmark analysis and preparation of TP documentation required by Italian tax legislation.

Vincenzo also support Italian companies and Italian branches of non-resident companies on preparation of Reporting Package (financial data, monthly reconciliation, corporate income tax and tax returns, daily tax advice).

He has been independent auditor and effective member of boards of statutory auditors of many Italian companies.
