Andersen in the sale of shares in Tubotek SK Sro
Andersen assisted the Casasola family during the sale of the majority shareholdings in the Slovak company Tubotek SK Sro to Tubotec Spa, based in the province of Udine and specialized in the transformation of copper tubes and the production of refrigeration systems. The transaction was completed one year after the Tubotec Srl (now Tubotec Spa) shareholdings sale.
The Andersen team was led by Filippo Brass, an expert in succession planning, and business and asset transfers, and oversaw the valuation and structuring of the transaction. Lawyer and partner of our firm Nicole Frigo, specialized in M&A transactions and corporate advisory, monitored the contractual and legal aspects of the sale.
The Treviso-based firm Consimp assisted Tubotec Spa, supported by the Grimaldi law firm for the legal aspects.
