Umberto Mauro is new partner at Andersen

Andersen strengthens its legal department with the addition of Umberto Mauro as a partner.
A lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in the field, Mauro comes to Andersen with a select team of associates, having previously served as a partner in some of the most prestigious law firms, both Italian and international.

His practice focuses mainly on structured finance and capital market transactions. Attorney Mauro has extensive experience in the securitization sector, with particular reference to impaired loans, commercial loans and real estate securitizations, as well as in the debt capital market, having assisted in transactions involving the issuance of various types of bonds and debt securities. He has also acquired significant expertise in aviation finance, assisting leading airlines in connection with aircraft leasing and financing.
