Andersen assisted Dental Feel Group for the acquisition of Centro Odontoiatrico Laudense
Andersen’s partner, Marcello Rabbia, and director Gianni Poggi assisted Dental Feel Group Srl, a dental operator with over 80 professionals founded by Alberto Fabbri, in acquiring 70% of the share capital of Centro Odontoiatrico Laudense Srl, handling the tax aspects of the operation and the financial due diligence.
Controlled by the European investment company Transition Capital Partners, Dental Feel Group operates 9 dental studios located in northern Italy. The acquisition of the dental practice in Lodi from founding partners Federico Bonomi and Fabio Shaban, with a turnover of nearly 3 million euros, is an add-on aimed at expanding services and extending the market.
For Andersen, this is the second transaction with the group: earlier in the year, the firm had assisted Transition Capital Partners in the acquisition of Dental Feel clinics.
