Andersen in Italy Incorporates Conti & Partners

Andersen has signed an integration agreement with the firm Conti & Partners.
Cesare Conti, professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University’s Department of Finance and managing partner of Conti & Partners, joins Andersen to lead the new Corporate Finance Advisory Business Unit. The new group will work closely with Andersen’s other two divisions, Tax and Legal, to offer a full range of integrated services.

The expertise of Cesare Conti and his team is particularly recognized in the areas of Valuation, M&A, Deal Structure & Due Diligence, Debt Advisory and Financial Risk Management. The new professionals thus add another important piece to the services already offered by the firm.

Andrea De Vecchi, CEO of Andersen in Italy and co-Managing Partner of the Europe area for Andersen Global, underlined the importance of this integration: “After having had the opportunity to dialogue with Cesare, it became evident that his entry, together with the team, would further consolidate the quality and presence of Andersen in the Italian market.
