Gozzetti joins Andersen Italy as partner and M&A Transaction Services coordinator

Chartered Accountant and Auditor with over 25 years of professional experience in Financial Advisory Services, Mario Gozzetti is specialized in M&A activities, due diligence, IPOs. He is an Expert Witness in litigation and arbitration related to valuation and accounting issues.

He gained experience in Total Shareholders Return improvement projects working on cost reduction, optimization of working capital, invested capital, and quality of earning.

Mario Gozzetti will support Sebastiano Dell’Arte, coordinator of the M&A service line. The team offers advice to clients in cross-border reorganizations and during the negotiation of complex extraordinary operations. The team exploits the international experience gained by Andersen Global member and collaborating firms.

 

Gozzetti is visiting professor of Methodologies and Quantitative Determinations of Companies (Evaluations based on IAS) at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

He was a member of the Capital Market Working Group of the FEE in Brussels (now Accountancy Europe) and of the Capital Market Research Group of Assirevi.
