Andersen assisted MocautoGroup, the Milan-based dealer (part of the Intergea Group), in the project to obtain Gender Equality Certification.

Partner Luca Rigotti, together with Andersen’s ESG Sustainable Innovation team professionals Fabio Cecilia, Giulia Lumina, and Elisa D’Arrigo, in coordination with MocautoGroup’s strategic consulting firm, Gafi Consulting, supported both the documentation preparation process for the certification and the internal dissemination of related topics across the company. Andersen handled the development of Diversity & Inclusion procedures and internal training for various company functions, in collaboration with MocautoGroup’s internal contact, leading up to the certification achievement in February 2025.
