Advisors to Nara Camicie for the sale to Camicissima

Advisors, chartered accountants and lawyers of Andersen in Italy assisted the Annaratone and Gaggino families and the lead designer Mario Pellegrino in the transaction that led to the creation of a leading retail group in men’s and women’s shirts, concerning financial, tax, contractual and labour law aspects.

A team with multiple specializations in finance, law and tax, managed the sale of the Nara Camicie brands and the commercial and industrial assets related to the brands, owned by Passaggio Obbligato SpA. The brands were sold to Fenicia SpA, the Milan based group behind the well-known men’s shirt brand Camicissima, owned by the Candido family.

The sellers were assisted in all phases of the sale process, from the selection of counterparties to the negotiation and structuring of the deal, by an Andersen multidisciplinary team, led by Guido Arturo De Vecchi, with the contribution of the legal and tax teams coordinated respectively by Francesco Inturri and Sebastiano Dell’Arte.

Nara Camicie has an outstanding heritage since 1984 as a market leader in the creation and distribution of women’s shirts globally.
